Ownership expressed through product, route and shelf.
A compelling source image is not a substitute for a qualified source. Before Tribal Water identifies a spring, aquifer, region, elevation, or geological feature in public, the enterprise must be able to show what source is being used, who controls access to it, which approvals apply, how it is classified, and whether the intended production arrangement may lawfully use that description. Those questions are settled in the diligence record before they become marketing language.
Qualification follows the actual production chain. Source documentation, applicable permits, recent analytical results, treatment steps, transport or transfer controls, and the proposed co-packer all have to describe the same water. If the source or production site changes, the approved description is reviewed again instead of being carried forward automatically. That discipline protects customers from stale claims and protects the brand from building equity around a story it cannot continue to support.
Public information remains intentionally limited. Buyers may receive decision-relevant source and testing material after qualification and appropriate confidentiality, but coordinates, facility access, infrastructure layouts, production figures, and security-sensitive records do not belong on an open consumer website. A complete brand explanation can show the standard without exposing the asset.
